For over half a century, LAMP 83 has worked with the most competent and expert individuals in the sector to establish the LAMP 83 brand and has made sure to collaborate with people who will contribute to the company.

In the light of its 54 years of experience, the company has always emphasized the importance of having educated and specialized employees across the organization.
LAMP 83 takes great care in designing and registering the products and parts it manufactures, and in every step of the process, the company’s commitment to quality is paramount. The 13-person R&D team and Industrial Design department play an important role in this process.

In-House Training
Due to its mission and company values, LAMP 83 is committed to continuously educating its employees and teaching them more. In addition to the on-the-job training, the company provides both planned and unplanned training related to the departments in which they are involved, complementing this with training provided to other departments they interact with. Moreover, as part of the contemporary necessity of instilling quality awareness and environmental sensitivity in every stage of production and every individual, LAMP 83 also educates its employees in areas such as quality, environmental management, and first aid.
External Training
As a leading and pioneering company in the sector, LAMP 83 is aware that its differences, such as introducing innovations, continuously improving the quality of products and components used, and offering better products and services to customers, can be sustained through employee training. Therefore, LAMP 83 supports both sector-related and individual expertise-related external training programs financially and morally, viewing this as an investment in the company.
