Human Health and Safety Policy
LAMP 83 considers “HUMAN RESOURCES,” which ensures its existence, development, and growth, as the most fundamental and valuable element that will confidently carry the core values of LAMP 83 into the future.
The most fundamental value adopted by LAMP 83, HUMAN RESOURCES, for all of us, is to create a working environment where health and safety are ensured. The defined, clear, and transparent “Health and Safety Policy” ensures that the condition of working in a healthy and safe environment is unequivocally guaranteed:
- The “Occupational Health and Safety” system is accredited and continuously monitored by a national or international accredited institution, making it transparent and verifiable,
- The entire human resource is constantly trained both “generally” and “specific to the job,” and training records are kept in a documented manner,
- The full implementation of all demands and definitions of the Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations, and ensuring they are followed up-to-date,
- Following up on renewing and developing technologies for the highest possible Occupational Health and Safety standards within LAMP 83, and utilizing company resources positively to serve this purpose,
- Including our employees and visitors under our health and safety practices, being open to technological developments that will ensure a safe working environment,
- Making it mandatory for our employees to use occupational health and safety equipment that is either beneficial or mandatory for all operations, ensuring compliance, and considering the willful and intentional non-use of such equipment as a reason for termination of employment, regardless of the reason,
This is defined as creating and developing a corporate culture and carrying it into the future. In addition to the corporate policy, our commitment, which is communicated to all employees at the beginning of their employment, is:
“If, within the scope of your work, you feel uncomfortable in terms of health and safety for a valid reason, you have the right to refuse to perform that task until LAMP 83 takes the necessary measures.” In such a case, you may temporarily work in another operation, and you will not face any negative sanctions related to your work.
As per the health and safety policy announced by LAMP 83, since 01.06.2011, LAMP 83 has been accredited with the ISO 45001 certification from the internationally accredited NQA organization for its health and safety system.
