Lighting sector meet at ATMK’s gala dinner

Leading figures of the lighting industry came together at the traditional gala dinner which is organized by Turkish National Committee on Illumination (ATMK) by the sponsorship of LAMP 83.

Faculty members, who are member of ATMK which provide academic guidance to the Turkish lighting sector in academic terms since 1995, and senior executives of sector companies met at traditional gala dinner organized in Develi Florya Restaurant. The gala dinner which LAMP 83 was the sole sponsor, started with short opening speeches of ATMK Board Chairman Prof. Dr. Sermin ONAYGİL and LAMP 83 Vice President of the Executive Board Cenk Ceyişakar.

At the gala dinner, where approximately 100 invited guests attended, leading names in both academic and commercial sense, enjoyed having a good time together and also evaluated the latest developments in the lighting sector.

While speaking about the gala dinner, ATMK Board Chairman Prof. Dr. Sermin ONAYGİL said ‘Our gala dinner became a tradition and also the biggest social organisation which involves lighting sector whole together. A good synergy coming out when academic members and professionals who are leading the sector come together. In this context, we thank you LAMP 83, for its support as a sponsor of our dinner, on behalf of ATMK.’

LAMP 83 Vice President of the Executive Board Cenk Ceyişakar, also commented about the night: ‘As a company that continues its activities with the “Proper Lighting” motto, we are always in close cooperation with ATMK that we are also one of the founding members. As a guide to industry, ATMK’s activities has a great importance for the development and growth of the lighting industry.
