LAMP 83 is on İZ TV

One of the corner stones of Turkish lighting industry thanks to its 53 years of history, LAMP 83 is included in the documentary of İZ TV called ‘A Big Jump – The Ones Who Illuminate the Life with LED’.
Produced by Akarefilm, documentary called Büyük Sıçrama (A Big Jump in English) scrutinizes Turkey’s technological development on different fields. Recent episode of the document is dedicated to lighting industry.
In the episode, directed by Mr. Alper, is broadcasted under the name ‘The Ones Who Illuminate the life with LED’. The documentary focuses on lighting industry with a very broad view including production, R&D, luminaire and lighting design concepts, installation works and even Turkey Build fair, thus it reflects a big panaroma of the field.
LAMP 83’s vice-chairman Mr. Ceny Ceyişakar commented on as:
Since the days of 60’s when fluorescent was up-to-date technology and until the revolution of LED, LAMP 83 was always pioneer of the changes and development of Turkish lighting industry thanks to its vision and attitude of always going after for the ‘new’. Considering our reach history, we figured out that we have more than enough ideas, documents and experience to contribute to the documentary, thus we agreed on the offer of Akarefilm immediately. In short, we enjoyed a lot to be included in the documentary. Our journey started from a small store carrying house number of “83” in 1963 by our founder Mr. Atay Ceyişakar, aimed “to create a global Turkish brand” continues by following the same main principles and corporate targets like it was in the first day. In a way we will all see a reflection of that journey on İZ TV.
