Students of Haliç University visit LAMP 83

Alongside Prof. Dr. Önder Küçükerman and a few more academics, 30 industrial design students visitted LAMP 83 on 22nd of April to learn about LED technology and LED luminaires. 

Students were given useful information for their homework project which was about to design a table lamp. Their visit started with a tour around production plant where LAMP 83’s Production Manager Mr. Erol Koç informed them about every step from the receiving of the metal materials to the shipment of the finished luminaires. Then R&D laboratory was visited where our R&D Manager Mr. Kamran Müftü talked about and demonstrated 25 different tough tests that our luminaires go through as well as quality processes about lighting and analysis of the competition in the market. Finally, our LED Product Manager Mr. Emre Çoruhlu gave a lecture about basic lighting principles & terms and LED luminaires.
